Sophia chan - Pre-post Natal specialist PERSONAL TRAINER

Sophia started her love for movement & fitness during her time at the Hammond School where she was trained as a professional dancer. She moved to London to work in dance and modelling. Eventually Sophia returned to Chester to start a family and pursue a new career in fitness as a personal trainer specialising in pre and post natal personal training. Sophia makes the most of her dance background bringing a smooth, flowing style to her workouts. SIMON DONNELlY - PERSONAL TRAINER

Hi, I’m Simon and I’m a personal trainer with a focus on the Hybrid Training methodology. I believe that high intensity strength training can be successfully coupled with high level endurance training. I have a history of playing competitive sports such as rugby and rowing that have required a balance of both, and I have taken this forward to bring my clients the perfect balance of power and endurance to achieve goals in multiple aspects of training.

Outside of Personal Training, I enjoy being out and about with my rescue dog, Sam, as well as developing skills in different training modalities such as Olympic lifting. EMMA MANGO - ACUPUNCTURE / cupping

Emma is an acupuncture therapist based in Chester. Emma studied Chinese Medicine at university and has gone on to work in acupuncture specialising in pain relief and restoration. Emma also provides suction cupping therapy to help increase blood flow and relax sore or spasming muscles.
