Where it all began . . .
Prior to starting Synergy Health & Performance Chester owner Tom Peto had worked as a personal trainer in and around Chester for over 6 years. His experience from working as a personal trainer showed him that most people had a desire to live a healthier life style and wanted to exercise more but there was a problem with the current gym culture. They often carried an unfriendly or exclusive vibe that made them intimidating or unpleasant to be a part of. Gym staff would often only talk to a small number of select members, this set the tone for the members rarely interacting with one another either. What Tom envisioned was a facility where the staff who were passionate about fitness strove to help EVERY member get the most out of their training and enjoy their fitness experience. The goal was to develop a positive community of trainers, members and PT clients that would be interacting and routing for one another, working synergistically together. This same culture can be found at Synergy whether you have having one to one personal training or joining in the group sessions. Synergy has brought fitness training, nutrition, community, support / accountability, socials and recovery methods all into one facility here in Hoole Chester.

Tom peto - Personal Trainer
Tom Peto is the founder of Synergy Health & Performance. He has over seven years experience as a leading personal trainer in Chester. Tom is passionate about achieving client transformations and reaching goals, whether this be weight loss or weight gain, building strength or realising fitness objectives. The Synergy Health & Performance founder is goal orientated, driven to achieve ambitions through perseverance and altering mindset.

Megan Rolf - PERSONAL TRAINER
Megan got into fitness to improve her own health and physique. Little did she know then that she was going to catch the bug and go onto to becoming an amazing athlete and trainer. Megan found a love for weight training and was so successful with her own training that she recently competed in her first physique competition. Don’t let that scare you off though; Megan has lots of experience in listening to your own personal goals and designing a training plan and style that helps you meet your needs and get the results you are looking for.

Lee Davies - Synergy Sports Masseur
Hi, I'm Lee and I am a qualified level 3 massage therapist and sports injury taper.
I work with people from all backgrounds of life who carry different ailments and injuries to get them back injury free and feeling confident to participate in what they enjoy doing. Whether that be running, cycling, playing rugby or being able to function in day to day activities.
