We want to encourage you to stay healthy during pregnancy and help guide you through your training safely. Sophia will teach you all the pregnancy safe exercises and the ones to avoid. You will be guided through each trimester adapting your training as your body adapts helping you prepare for the big day.
Postpartum Sophia can help guide your through restoring pelvic floor function and manage abdominal separation (diastasis recti). Your training will help you get back to activities you enjoyed pre baby and confident in your post partum body.
