Sophia chan - Pre-post Natal PERSONAL TRAINER
Sophia started her love for movement & fitness during her time at the Hammond School where she was trained as a professional dancer. She moved to London to work in dance and modelling. Eventually Sophia returned to Chester to start a family and pursue a new career in fitness as a personal trainer specialising in pre and post natal personal training. Sophia makes the most of her dance background bringing a smooth, flowing style to her workouts.
