Tom Peto is the founder of Synergy Health & Performance. He has over seven years experience as a leading personal trainer in Chester. Tom is passionate about achieving client transformations and reaching goals, whether this be weight loss or weight gain, building strength or realising fitness objectives. The Synergy Health & Performance founder is goal orientated, driven to achieve ambitions through perseverance and altering mindset.

Lee Davies - Synergy Sports Masseur

Hi, I'm Lee and I am a qualified level 3 massage therapist and sports injury taper. 

I work with people from all backgrounds of life who carry different ailments and injuries to get them back injury free and feeling confident to participate in what they enjoy doing. Whether that be running, cycling, playing rugby or being able to function in day to day activities.
